Refunds and cancellations

Subscription

The subscription runs for the period shown on your account. It does not renew automatically unless you have set up a recurring payment with our payment provider, which you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. If the service does not work for you, contact arslanahmedkhawaja@gmail.com within 14 days of payment for a refund.

Training

Cancellations or changes to a training booking should be made in writing to arslanahmedkhawaja@gmail.com. Any cancellation charges, and the dates after which they apply, are stated in the booking confirmation. A participant may be replaced by a colleague at no charge before the course starts.

If we cancel

If we cancel a course, you can move to another date or receive a full refund of fees paid for it.
