This policy explains what LiftPlan Pro collects when you use this site and why.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email, company (optional) and a securely hashed password.
- Projects: the plans and calculations you save, with their inputs and history.
- Training and enquiries: the details you send in registration and enquiry forms.
- Technical: a sign-in cookie, and network addresses held briefly to protect the service from abuse.
Why
To provide the service you signed up for, to process training bookings and enquiries, to secure the service, and to meet legal obligations such as keeping invoices.
Cookies
One essential cookie keeps you signed in. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may also store your theme choice and unsaved drafts locally.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Projects you send for approval are shown to the approver you name. Hosting and payment providers process data on our behalf.
Keeping and deleting
Account data is kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period after. Ask us to delete your account at arslanahmedkhawaja@gmail.com.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion by contacting arslanahmedkhawaja@gmail.com.
